I don't currently need any equipment, but I would like to provide a very positive review of the portable shower we purchased for my sister disabled with ALS. At the time, we could not find any consumer reviews, and were reluctant to invest in the shower. However, it turned out to be ligtweight, very easy to set up daily, and very comforting to my sister when she could no longer transfer in and out of our bathroom. (We used it by the kitchen sink.) I would recommend this product with enthusiasm.

No one else would service our area. So we called Wendy Gold of Amramp – Manalapan, NJ. They customized the ramp to our needs, installed it quickly & removed it when we were done needing it.

A very satisfied customer - The installation of my wheelchair ramp was completed on Sunday, September 18, and I'm very pleased with it. The freedom that it gives to me to come and go from my house is very uplifting.

The material for the ramp was delivered to my premises on Friday Sept.16 by Michael Meyer and installation was begun. Work continued on it Saturday afternoon and was completed Sunday morning. I commend Mr. Meyer for his professionalism and for his consideration. He knew the ramp would allow me to attend worship service Sunday and, in my opinion, went above and beyond what I reason to expect to make it possible for me to do so. Be assured that I will enthusiastically recommend him and Amramp to anyone seeking to acquire a wheelchair ramp.

The staff that installed it was posed several challenges, but came through with flying colors. Because you provided the ramp, a wounded war veteran who served in Afghanistan was able to travel with his wife up to the site where a beam from the one of the Twin Towers was located and place a wreath on it - a very touching moment. We've successfully used the ramp a number of times now to get my husband out of the house. He truly appreciates being able to be somewhat independent. I was a retail manager for eighteen years and accordingly, I'm a stickler for customer service. I can find no fault in my dealing with your company. What can I say to a person who brought back into my life? Freedom has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? I've had my ramp now for 7 days. The first day was last Saturday October 9, 2010. For the first time in years I was able to get out on my own. I went to the band competition my eldest grandniece was in. I cannot describe to you the look on her face when she realized I was there and cheering her on. There were tears in her eyes and a course a little later she rolled her eyes as I had embarrassed her (my voice carries). Then the reaction of her sisters and her mother realized I was there. That is a memory that will be enshrined in my heart forever.Thanks to you and the team from Amramp. This Tuesday I am planning on going to the met and greet (at the park) and after that to the library. November 19 (I have to see the latest Harry Potter movie) I'm going to the movies for the first time in well over 5 years. Without you and the rest of the team at Amramp I would not know the simply joy of being able to get out on my own, Freedom is a beautiful thing.

I was actually gathering information for my brother, who did have a ramp installed. The ramp was a God send for my brother and sister-in-law while she was confined to a wheelchair by her terminal cancer. My brother was convinced that due to the geometry of their steps and front walk, a ramp would never work, but the ramp you installed was perfect. I can't tell you how much easier it made the end of her life. Thank you for your assistance.
