If I could give Amramp more than five stars, I would. From start to finish it is it was the most positive experience imaginable. The customer service, response time, site survey, and installation were seamless, courteous, and professional. Everyone is impressed with the ramp, and some have asked for Amramp’s contact information. Kudos for running such a fabulous company. Special shout-out to the Randolph, Massachusetts, staff; especially Max, and the head installer who did the job in one day. This has changed my life, thank you so much.

The staff at Amramp Accessibility were a pleasure to work with. From initial contact with office staff to the hard working crew that installed the ramp. The ramp has long run and wrapped around to the driveway. Despite that, the install crew erected the ramp like the pro's they are.

I was able to schedule an installation of a stair lift quickly, the Amramp installation crew was on time, was very professional in completing the installation quickly, cleaned up after their work completely and provided thorough instructions on using the lift. The lift itself is easy to use, gets me up and down the stairs quickly and smoothly, and folds up compactly so the stairs are fully accessible for others. I recommend Amramp fully and without reservation.

We were in desperate need of a ramp due to an unfortunate fall that landed me in a wheelchair days before my father‘s funeral.
During such a difficult time in my life, I had a pleasant experience working with this company who went out of their way to assist in getting me a ramp so I was able to attend my father services.
Max was not only super kind but also very professional and helpful in every aspect. I can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely use them again anytime needed.

We were in need of a ramp at our home. I shopped around and had companies come out for an evaluation of what I needed. We were extremely disappointed to learn that we were going to need to make some expensive renovations to modify our property to allow for the ramp installation including leveling an area around the stairs and removing railings.
I contacted amramp and spoke to Max Valenca. Mr. Valenca came out the next day and showed me that they had custom ramp options available.
He explained how it would work, took pictures of the area and sent me the pictures with outlines of what it would look like with the ramp in place.
I agreed to having it done by amramp and just over a week later Matthew and John showed up.
A couple of hours later they had me out to inspect the job.
I will say that when I fully extended my screen door the weather stripping on the bottom of the door rubbed ever so slightly but I told them I hadn’t opened the door that widely in the 27 years I’ve lived there so it was fine.
The boys refused to accept my reasoning and got right under there, just a few minutes later it was Perfect!
Matthew then went over a complete checklist with me explaining everything.
My wife and I could not be happier with the ramp and the full experience.
And we didn’t need to make any renovations!

We contacted AMRAMP with an urgent need for a wheelchair accessible ramp. Max from AMRAMP came out to talk with us and make measurements for the ramp. By the end of the day, he provided a proposal that provided options for renting or purchasing the ramp. He also provided a detailed drawing showing the ramp. We were looking to have the ramp installed by Monday. He arranged to have the ramp installed by Friday (three days early). The installation crew was great and had the ramp installed in less than 4 hours. On completion of the install, we inspected the ramp and they went over a checklist of some precautions to observe. Thank you AMRAMP for quick response and great installation.

Amramp Did Great. They came right out when first called. Quoted me a charge and stuck with that number. Installation was fast and painless, and the ramp worked great. The installers also provided good advice regarding use of the ramp. I am glad to recommend Amramp.

My husband had a stroke and can know longer get down stairs. We had know ability to afford a ramp. Amramp literally saved us. There generosity of donating a ramp has now given my husband the ability to get to his doctor's appointments. He is no longer is confined to the house. He now feels like he has a new lease on life. Visited a house that had had a ramp installed on short notice. I've seen the ramps before but not up close. It looks great but I was really impressed by the method of construction. It is as solid as a rock!

I contacted Max Valenca at Amramp and I could not be happier. Max provided me with excellent customer service. From getting me a quote to follow-up questions, Max was knowledgeable, timely and professional throughout the entire process. Amramp’s pricing was excellent and the product superior. This ramp installation was for my 87 year old mother. With this ramp my mother can now get to her backyard and gardens. She absolutely loves it! And Jay, who installed the ramp, did a fantastic job. In fact, he installed it in less time than what I was told. Great service, great company.

We called AMRamp in September and within 6 weeks, we had a new ramp, a smaller ramp into the sliding glass door and bars placed in our bathroom. They were prompt, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
