Wonderful people to deal with, great communication, fast, responsive service, and quality products! I am a tough customer and Amramp of Vermont and Western MA exceeded my expectations for a ramp installation at my elderly parents home. Brian called me back promptly, provided excellent information on the phone, then came out to provide a formal estimate the next day! After approving the estimate, the project was completed just a few days later, even on a holiday week!!! A minor error / misunderstanding buy his installation team was resolved immediately, professionally, and to our complete satisfaction. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you look no place else for your accessibility needs.

Fast and friendly service with efficient installation of a great ramp.

We rented a ramp from Amramp. Brian was excellent to work with and very responsive to all my questions. The ramp was placed perfectly, on schedule, and actually looks good. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Very positive overall experience. They were very responsive and helpful over the phone. Within a day Brian came over to take measurements on site and then a day provide an estimate and design plan. I would recommend them very highly.

My family and I have been very happy with the service we have received from Amramp. They accommodated changes that needed to happen that would allow our mom to enter and exit her home safely. I could not have asked for better service and genuine care about our situation.

We came home from the hospital ten days after a serious auto accident and were struggling with getting my spouse in and out of the house. Times have changed and, unfortunately, not for the better. When needs arise that require having to shell out some hard earned cash, making choices can be a time consuming, aggravating, and many times an insanely disappointing experience. Or, perhaps, it’s simply a gamble. Time and time again, it usually involves fifty tedious phone calls, hair loss, and trading a first-born. I’ve had two experiences with Amramp and both of them were 100% spot-on! Right from the get-go, speaking with a live, knowledgeable human being brought back memories of days gone by. Brian made the process easy and simple with zero heavy lifting. He actually listened and understood our needs without me having to repeat it six or more times. Has anyone had to deal with Comcast lately?! He explained the process, clearly articulating what to expect, then delivered on it. Imagine that!!

As for the installation, the crew arrived when scheduled, quickly completed the task without any adverse impact on quality, and left the place in the same condition they found it. Really, what more could any one ask for?!

The billing piece was equally well done, totally pain free, and actually a pleasant affair. Leanne was a delight to speak with, professional yet friendly, and again, A.Real.Human.Being. She took the time to ensure I understood what needed understanding. Very, very nice!

Our family is very pleased the the final product, as well as the experience all together.

Service was above and beyond any expectations! Friendly and informative. Installed a 36 inch door same as we had, full glass. My husband came home from rehab and what a joy to get him through the door in his large wheelchair. The ramp was amazing, so well constructed, making coming and going possible and safely too !!
