We were referred to AmpRamp through the VA. I was not there when David (Tooele service area) attached my dad’s scooter lift to my mom’s Jeep. I went to try to use it and could not get the key to work. I called the number I had, he answered right away and was willing to drive all the way back out to try to fix the mechanical error. Turns out it was operator error- not equipment error (I was using the wrong key). But the fact he answered so quickly, and was willing to come all the way back to Tooele to make sure we could get it working my very nice, and good business practice.
He did a great job with his installation on the Jeep as well! Highly recommend them for services.

We are extremely happy with our Amramp configuration. We requested it for my mother's house because she (92) had fallen and broken her hip. John Cochran was very easy to deal with. He drove down from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa to take measurements and map out where the components would go. We had a tricky configuration as we had to go off the side of the front porch.

Components had to be ordered. However, it was built 12 days after measurements were taken. And, let me tell you, those guys worked HARD in the August Alabama sun. They were drenched in sweat! But, they managed to get our ramp configuration done in just a few hours.

Four different DCH Home Healthcare workers (OT, PT & nurses) have all marveled at the ramp, commenting on its sturdiness, its non-slip ridges, and the holes to let rain go through, as opposed to all the wooden ramps they've seen. I would highly recommend getting an Amramp.

If you're like me, you don't know if you can even trust online reviews nowadays, but I'm a real person here in the Myrtle Beach area that just used Amramp for a wheelchair ramp rental and then installation of some grab bars inside my home.

Amanda was great at getting everything set up, providing clear (and reasonable) estimates, and working with me on scheduling since I had to reschedule several times.

Zach was the main person that installed everything and he was also top notch. When I wasn't able to meet with him for the grab bar installation, I told him where I wanted them, he texted me pictures of the area, I drew where I wanted the grab bars to be, and he installed them that same day. It worked out perfect! Even though I'm sure it was a hassle for him to do all of that, he was so accommodating and I was never made to feel like I was being a nuisance.

Needless to say, I would definitely recommend Amramp for your mobility needs!

We needed temporary ramp. Whole experience was great. Professional from 1st call. SC heat was brutal but Jacob and CJ were the best. Professional, polite, explained the process and adjusted in an area where the incline was too steep. Asset to company. Our Insurance doesn’t cover ramp but this worth every penny!

I made a last-minute decision to bring my husband home from rehab, probably a month or more before he was due to leave. I contacted Amramp to see how quickly they could install a ramp for us. It was installed within 24 hours. I can’t adequately express how grateful I was. We’ve had it for over two years now. It’s still standing firm and strong! They’re an excellent company, and are the best!

We had wonderful service from Amramp. From the scheduler, Jose and Alec, tech & installer, everyone was very professional & very helpful with all our questions. Service provided thru the VA for my veteran husband. We are very pleased with all involved. What a blessing this stair glide is for us! It will be much easier for us to move him in our bi- level home to medical appointments now. Thank you all so much!!
