The customer service and work for our ramp was great from beginning to end. The ramp and the work installing and removing it was top notch and when I called about something they were prompt and answered my questions well.

My family had an unexpected emergency and needed my grandmother’s house to be made accessible on short notice for when she returned home from the hospital. Amramp came out to measure everything immediately and got us set up with everything she needed within days. She was nervous to use the ramps, but as soon as she walked down it the first time, she said she felt very safe and was so happy with everything. It will make a huge difference in her recovery and help our family to make sure we can help her regain her independence. Blake and his team were incredible. They attended our site walk for our event, months before the event, and gave us great advice on how the ramps would look and fit best. Our conference is heavily focused on accessibility and Blake’s team was a big part in a smooth conference.

We never had to complain to STL Amramp the whole time we were paying to rent the ramp. If we did have a problem we called and they came out right away to fix it. If it wasn't the same day, it was the next day or so. Good company to do your work.

I am so happy that I had Amramp of St Louis install my son’s wheelchair ramp! They received the money on Friday afternoon and on Monday my ramp was installed! Every one at the company was kind, polite and professional. The technician showed me how to transfer my son on and off the ramp and how to care for it. The agency who provided the funding for the wheelchair ramp said they are going to refer their clients to Amramp of St Louis as well.

My mom needed a ramp to safely get in and out of the house after some leg issues. My parents have the strangest set up where they used to have a step down and up into the house and it was dangerous for her. Getting a standard ramp was really not an option because of the limited space. These guys custom-made a ramp that works perfectly in the space, very sturdy, and I cannot stress how flexible they were with this challenging project. I could not recommend them enough. They answered all of my questions and concerns and provide provided a lot of communication. I also believed they were very well priced.
