Craig was very helpful and informative. He explained things well and had compassion for my family's situation. The ramp is sturdy and well made. Brian was very kind and true to his word. He installed the ramp well.

Installation was quick. The crew worked seamlessly together and communicated clearly. They double checked all the connections to ensure quality installation. I was well informed on the entire process from initial quote through completion and beyond. Very impressed!!!

I would recommend Amramp to anyone looking for a high quality accessibility ramp . Bob came out and made detailed plans of the project which was then put into place with ease by his installation team 2 days after we agreed to the terms. The ramp went in exactly as planned and only took a couple of hours to complete. We went from distress to success in less than one week! Highly satisfied.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Greg Lazzaroni and his Amramp team. Incredible customer service, great product and strong follow up. My wife needed a ramp on short notice in order to come home from the hospital. It was February with a foot of snow and ice on the ground. Yet Greg’s team still came and spent an entire day in frigid temperatures doing the installation. Greg was personally involved at every step—from the estimate through installation and follow up. He made sure we were satisfied and it was how we wanted it. That personal contact made all the difference. The ramp is great and the stretcher crews using it have given us great feedback. I recommend Greg and Amramp without reservation—they’re great!

Quintin came out and installed a ramp for our son and was courteous and professional. We love supporting a small, veteran owned business. The price was right, too, much less than estimates we received elsewhere. We love the ramp; it really allows for independence. Also, he was FAST. Less than a week after beginning communication with Quintin and our ramp was installed!

In advance of my wife’s hospital discharge in February we needed a ramp with extremely short notice—and then it snowed—resulting in a foot of snow and ice on the ground and temperatures in the 20’s. Yet Greg’s team still came and spent an entire day installing the ramp in the frigid cold so that my wife’s discharge could proceed successfully. Greg was there and personally involved at every step—from putting together an estimate to getting paperwork to us quickly to installation and then follow-up to make sure we were satisfied and everything was the way we wanted it. That personal contact and the fact that he obviously cared about our needs made all the difference. The ramp itself is great and we’ve received a great deal of positive feedback from the stretcher transport people who bring my wife to and from appointments. I recommend Greg and Amramp without reservation—they’re great!

This company is very efficient. We needed the ramp and it was up in 24 hours….. we extended our orders final time and they worked with us. When we were ready for the ramp to be taken down they arrived within two days and did not charge us for those two days…..a great company!

This company is real professional, when they came out and gave me details on what needed to be done and also ask me what I'm looking to be done. The contractor was amazing he put protection rugs down to protect my floor from front door to rest room area. Contractor was very into explaining everything every day. They keep you informed about everything.only time contractor stop working was lunch break and back to working afterwards. I recommend this company to everyone and for sure I be using them again. Big thank you job well done.

Knowledgeable, compassionate owners of Amramp Houston. My husband recently ended up in a wheelchair and we were not prepared for this at our home. Not knowing who to turn to we found Scott and Chris and they came out to assess or needs. They installed a ramp in the garage and another at our back door to allow my husband independence to be able to go outside. Also, it was a safety concern that he was unable to get his wheelchair over the thresholds so they devised a plan to give a seamless threshold bridge to the outside. We are very thankful and grateful for their service devising a plan and walking us through this journey at this stage of our lives.

Just as promised, they came out and installed a quality ramp.
When no longer needed they quickly came back out and removed it
