I cannot say enough about the outstanding service from Daren and Miguel at Amramp Accessibility Arkansas. They went out of their way to come to my home and install a ramp so my Dad, a service-disabled veteran, could visit comfortably and safely. From start to finish, they were fast, efficient, and professional, but what stood out most was their kindness and compassion.

Bob at Amramp saved the day! The Hebron Harvest Fair main office had an old wooden ramp that was dangerous. We took it down, but didn't have time to build a new one before the Fair (first weekend after Labor Day). Amramp provided a ramp for us to use during the fair. Moms & dads with strollers, elders, disabled folks ~ EVERYONE commented on how nice it was, sturdy, professional looking, and when it poured on Sunday, we started calling it "the bridge" to the Fair Office. Bob was professional, easy to work with and delivered on every promise. As a member of the Hebron Lions Club, I highly recommend Bob and Amramp. Great products, superior service.

Dennis and I found ourselves in need of a handicap ramp all of a sudden. Both landed in the hospital. Neither he nor I can do steps now. We had to find options fast so we could get back in the house. We found AmRamp through a web search and sent an email. The very next day we had a call from an amazing rep Kaden who said he could be out the following day to measure and give a quote. We are in the middle of nowhere so I was already pleased. He sent us a quote along with financing options that were so easy to review and choose. Financing was instantly approved and I phoned Kaden to accept. Lead time is fast at 2-4 days, but Kaden cared about the unique situation we were in and he and the AmRamp team worked a miracle to get it installed the very NEXT day! Installation took just an hour. By this time we were home, one from cardiac surgery the other from knee replacement and our kids had to carry us into the house, so when I could stand and opened the door I found this sturdy, tasteful, fully ADA compliant ramp that looked like it took a whole day to install. These guys are fast, thorough, and amazing. We can even take our mobility scooter in and out via this ramp.
Dean just called me today to check in and that was an additional surprise. I love these folks and will return to them for any additional needs we have. Thank you SO very much. We are beyond grateful.

My parents’ home sits about 3 ft above the ground so it would require a very long ramp. Rick installed a lift that makes it so easy for my 83 year old mom (or any of us) to get my ailing father in the house. We’ve been using it 4 months now. It gives my parents a lot of freedom. ~ Rick responds quickly if we need something, but the lift is reliable so we don’t need much. (The great-grands are pretty excited about it, too. )

Highly professional services start to finish.

No one wants to have to install a ramp "as soon as possible." But if a loved one has a fall, a fracture and a surgery you may have to.

I filled out a contact form for Amramp and also did so for a couple of other accessibility companies. Amramp responded first but the other companies responded quickly but had lead times of 2-3 weeks and weren't set up to prioritize based on need. They were seemingly not capable of flexibility. There are always limits but Amramp did its best to accommodate our needs.

They quickly scheduled a visit to measure and estimate the cost of purchase or rental and by the end of the day they provided a computer aided design (CAD) drawing, contracts, choice of rental or purchase with partial credit if converting to purchase and payment options with full transparency. This all on a Friday.

They were able to schedule installation late Monday and while such rapid installation may have been partially luck, it seemed like the whole organization is designed to be responsive and accommodating.

The ramp is fully in our garage protected from the weather and is perfectly designed, installed and functioning. Our home health professionals were quite impressed and so are we.

We sincerely hope to never need their services again and we just as sincerely would not hesitate to recommend their services and they would be our first call if we ever do need accessibility services again.
