I can't say enough good things about Greg Lazzaroni and Amramp! I first contacted them in July 2022 on the recommendation of my rehab facility. I was thrilled then with the product and Greg's responsiveness, and as a repeat customer for the past 6 months, continue to be quite impressed!

The ramps are sturdy, yet understated, in that they blend in well with the front of our house. The installers are always excellent, and I can count on any schedule Greg provides. Pick-up is as easy as the installation, and there is great comfort in knowing that the Amramp team will always be there whenever I need them. Greg's encouragement and concern for my well-being have been much-appreciated as I navigate the challenges of my physical disability.

My wife needed a ramp on short notice in order to come home from the hospital. It was February with a foot of snow and ice on the ground. Yet Greg’s team still came and spent an entire day in frigid temperatures doing the installation. Greg was personally involved at every step—from the estimate through installation and follow up. He made sure we were satisfied and it was how we wanted it. That personal contact made all the difference. The ramp is great and the stretcher crews using it have given us great feedback. I recommend Greg and Amramp without reservation—they’re great!

In advance of my wife’s hospital discharge in February we needed a ramp with extremely short notice—and then it snowed—resulting in a foot of snow and ice on the ground and temperatures in the 20’s. Yet Greg’s team still came and spent an entire day installing the ramp in the frigid cold so that my wife’s discharge could proceed successfully. Greg was there and personally involved at every step—from putting together an estimate to getting paperwork to us quickly to installation and then follow-up to make sure we were satisfied and everything was the way we wanted it. That personal contact and the fact that he obviously cared about our needs made all the difference. The ramp itself is great and we’ve received a great deal of positive feedback from the stretcher transport people who bring my wife to and from appointments. I had an immediate need to have a wheelchair ramp installed at my home, and Amramp was there for me! They promptly returned my call, looked up my home on Google to see what I needed, sent the invoice which I quickly paid, and sent out a team that afternoon to take measurements for installation the next day. They even comp’d one month of ramp rent since it’s the holidays 🎄 Can’t praise Amramp enough for their fantastic customer service and promptness!!

Great company to deal with! Gave us the best price and a high quality ramp at my parent's home. Never had an issue with the installation or function of the ramp. When the time came that we no longer needed the ramp they gave us the option of trying to sell it ourselves for $$$ OR they would come to the house, hand us a check for just about what we could sell it for ourselves and haul the ramp off. Everything about them has been first class. And they consistently responded in a very timely manner.
