Amramp of Western Massachusetts and Vermont: Your wheelchair ramp solution

Amramp Van

Here to serve you

Amramp is the nation’s leading provider of steel modular wheelchair ramp systems. Based in Brattleboro, Vt., we are a local company with a fully stocked warehouse within easy reach of Interstate 91, connecting all of Vermont with Western Massachusetts.

Our central location enables us to meet your needs quickly: Your ramp can be installed within days, whether you live in Massachusetts near the Quabbin Reservoir or anywhere between the Connecticut and Canadian borders. Within Vermont we serve Franklin, Orleans, Essex, Chittenden, Lamoille, Caledonia, Washington, Addison, Orange, Rutland, Windsor, Bennington, and Windham. Cities we cover in Vermont and Western Massachusetts include Brattleboro, Springfield, and Burlington. In Massachusetts, we reach Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties.

Amramp’s patent-pending modular ramp system requires no minimum size or minimum rental period. Our ramps feature a unique, non-slip, no-skid mesh surface, which grips the tires of wheelchairs and scooters and is a great surface for use with a cane, walker, or crutches.

Hilly and mountainous, Western New England receives as much snow annually as any other territory in the country. Because our ramps are steel and black, they will warm up and melt ice and snow in a sunny location significantly more than an aluminum or wooden ramp. When ramps are no longer needed, there are no residual holes or concrete to be filled in or dug up.

Amramp provides total accessibility solutions including:

  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Threshold products for both commercial and residential use
  • Lift products: stair lifts, vertical platform lifts, free-standing lifts, and pool lifts
  • Portable showers that eliminate costly bathroom renovations

Whatever your accessibility need, we have a solution!

Should you rent or buy? Amramp’s solution for every situation

Because the rental will add up to be more than the purchase price, you should buy if your ramp needs are expected to be longer then 5-6 months, In cases where you are not sure how long you need the ramp, we suggest that you start off renting, and if at any time it appears that you will be keeping the ramp, we will convert up to 75% of the rental paid and apply that toward your ramp purchase.

Who rents ramps?

Amramp also rents wheelchair ramps for as short as 1 day for events such as:
