I am sorry this took so long to reply. My ramp system was provided to me through the VA Prosthetics department as a Disabled Veteran. I had a GREAT experience with Am Ramp's crew. The office crew and installers were informative, helpful, and attentive to me as a customer. They explained their product, assembly, and layout. The gentleman that worked with me was very respectful in designing the layout. He did a GREAT job installing the ramp and cleaning up afterwards. I will recommend them to friends and associates.

Excellent customer service and the best quality product in the industry

From estimate to installation Amramp was professional and gave us outstanding service. We are elderly and have major health needs and require any one in our home to wear an N95 mask which they did for us! The workman was quiet, worked quickly, cleaned our stairs afterwards and gave us a thorough demonstration of how to properly use the equipment. We highly recommend Amramp for anyone needing a stairlift!

I had a ramp installed several weeks ago and was very pleased with the whole process from original call to follow up. Had a question after installation and they were quick to have the installer come back and resolved the issue. It is working out very well for us.

We needed a ramp for our retirement facility clubhouse. The gentleman who came out to do the initial visit and measure etc. was awesome! We love the ramp and the aesthetics. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and recommended a ramp on both sides which we did and we do not regret it! Our residents are also very happy with the final product. It was also less expensive than other ramps we were looking at but has great quality. We would definitely recommend!

My Brother Keith Jones was delighted that bars were installed in the shower it has taken a load off of his fear of falling in the shower. The Installer was very friendly and installed the bars fast.

Jose is very personal, kind. The tec Alex was also very personal, explained was he was going to do. Had recommendations for positioning the grab bar. So glad I found this company.

We had an excellent experience with Amramp installing a Harmar chairlift for my mom. From start to finish, the process was smooth, the pricing was very fair, and the Harmar chairlift has been a great solution for her.

Anthony, our installer, was outstanding. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain how the chairlift worked to my mom, making sure she was comfortable and confident using it before he left. His patience and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
