Kristin answered the phone and soon after scheduled a ramp installation. The ramp was delivered and modified to fit and work perfectly for the past 3 months. Kristin was very caring and informative; the workers installing the ramp were knowledgeable and friendly. And I believe the pricing to be fair and affordable.
