"I deeply appreciate how quickly you responded to my request. You are an exemplary employee who really provides exceptional customer service. I wish every person I have encountered during my husband's illness was as considerate and efficient. Thank you so much, have a good day." - Debbie P. - Boston
"Ramp arrived on the day UPS promised. We had no trouble installing it. Good illustrations with the instructions. Our need was for Thanksgiving guests, and we will use it for Christmas, birthdays, graduation parties, etc., whenever the family assembles. The elderly guests who needed it were very appreciative, and now, folded up, the ramp lives in the garage taking up very little space, awaiting the next occasion." Thanks. - Edward N. - Brookfield, MA
"I am writing in response to your request for feedback in regards to my Amramp rental and installation.
The entire process was an exceptional experience. I contacted Amramp for an evaluation of my needs for a ramp system to enable me to get outside. I had an idea of what I wanted but had no idea what was required for a safe system.
I spoke with Jon Gordon during the initial evaluation. He explained to me all the particulars that go into a safe accessible ramp that would come out my back door. I felt the system he recommended was the best by far. He went over all the costs associated with a 2 month Rental which would be the minimum I would need. I contacted him with a couple of questions and he returned my call with the answers I was looking for very promptly. Based on all our discussions that day I requested an appointment for installation. My ramp was installed 3 days later!!! Absolutely incredible.
If you had sent me a questionnaire to highlight customer satisfaction I would reply this way: Initial Contact, Product Knowledge, Explanation of Cost, Courtesy would all be rated a 10 across the board. Yes, I would Highly Recommend Amramp to all my family and friends. This was an exceptional experience!!!
Thank you to Jon and the installation crew for a job done well!!"
- Rob C. - Lowell, MA

Whatever your accessibility need, we have a solution!
Should you rent or buy? Amramp's solution for every situation
You should buy if your ramp needs are expected to be longer than 5-6 months because the rental will add up to be more than the purchase price. In cases where you are not sure how long you will need the ramp, we suggest that you start off renting. And if at any time it appears that you will be keeping the ramp, we will convert up to 75% of the rental paid and apply that toward your ramp purchase.
Or, if you’re like Trinity Church, perhaps you’re not sure how long you’ll need a ramp. Amramp has a solution: Start off renting; you can convert 75% of the rental fee to purchase your ramp. Once the famed Copley Square landmark had its ramp rental installed, parishioners so raved about the ramp, church decided to purchase the modular ramp system outright, forever providing access to all.
